Universal Waste Rule

Recycle it or eCycle - take your old computer, DVD player, or other electronics to a recycling facility to keep hazardous substances out of the landfill. Find eCycling centers near you.

Hazardous waste lab packs must have the appropriate quantity and type absorbents for liquids. The lab pack container must be made of suitable or compatible material for contents or provided with suitable liner. Container must be labeled properly.  (This photo shows that an appropriate absorbent was not being added to container, and that an unacceptable fiber container was used for lab pack,)
