Savannah Environmental Consulting (SEC) can perform Phase-1 property transfer environmental site assessments (ESAs) on small to large sites, per the American Society for Testing and Materials Standard E 1527-05 (ASTM-ESA) standardand AAI rule. Whether your site is a Greenfield site or a large active or abandoned industrial site, SEC will gladly provide a quote for the work. Work experience has included commercial properties and industrial plants up to half a million square feet in area, as well as small undeveloped sites. Multi-site projects are also welcomed.
