Property transfer phase-1 environmental site assessments and audits

Property transfer due diligence Environmental Site Assessments, regulatory and waste management services in GA, FL, SC. Agency negotiations on compliance matters including review and research with possible penalty or fine reduction. Georgia EPD finalizes NPDES industrial storm water permit GAR0000000 on March 18, 2005.

Phase 1 property transfer site assessments have been completed in Brunswick, Darien, Douglas, Hilton Head, Statesboro, Richmond Hill, Riceboro, Rincon, Pooler, Sandersville, Savannah, St Simons, St Marys, Midway, Morrow, Warner Robins and Hinesville.

SEC implementation of EPA's audit disclosure policy avoided a $112,000 TSCA penalty for chemical company and a $192,000 EPCRA 313 reporting penalty for a manufacturer.

Georgia EPD finalized its NPDES industrial storm water permit GAR0000000 on June 16, 2006. Facilities with listed SIC code are subject to permitting, as well as the development of a SWP3 or SWPPP. Annual report is due Oct. 2008
